      We are seeking a dynamic and motivated professional to join our team as Manager human resources and administration. The chosen candidate will be responsible for managing human resource functions, ensuring smooth office administration, and supporting overall organizational operations.
        Key Responsibilities:
        • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
        • Develop and implement Human Resource policies, procedures and compliance requirements.
        • Handle payroll, attendance and staff benefits administration.
        • Provide support in performance management and staff development.
        • Manage office administration, including procurement, logistics and facility management.
        Requirements:
        • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
        • A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in Human Resources and administration strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
        • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
        • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and HR management tools.
