Anfal Nadir is an environmental science professional with an MPhil from the Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad. She has a strong academic and professional background in climate policy research, environmental management and sustainability advocacy. Her
experience includes contributing to national-level climate research, conducting analyses of Pakistan’s Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) as well as carbon emission trends and climate finance. She has worked on projects related to renewable energy,
environmental compliance and environmental risk assessment.
Anfal has been associated with the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) as intern, and with Global Change Impact Studies Centre (GCISC), as a research associate. Her first job was with AAZ Developments, an energy efficiency firm in Great Britain. Most recently, she was working with Turnotech, a telecommunication firm based in Islamabad, as a Quality, Environmental Health and Safety (QEHS) expert.
