Job Advertisement: Graphic Designer (3–5 Years of Experience)

We are hiring a full-time Graphic Designer with a background in Design or Visual Communication to join our Media Communications team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the visual identity of a research-driven organization committed to climate justice and a just energy transition through creative, impactful, and data-informed design.

Key qualifications:

• Create data visualizations for research publications and public campaigns.
• Design engaging social media content aligned with organizational goals.
• Develop user-friendly UI/UX designs for digital platforms.
• Produce print materials for events, outreach, and publications.
• esign reports and documents with strong visual coherence and clarity.

Qualifications & Skills::

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Design or a related field.
• Three to five years of professional experience in digital and print design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility in visual storytelling, brand design, and layout.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, research-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
• Sound understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
