Shan E Zahra Naeem holds an MPhil degree in gender studies and anthropology. As a student, she represented Pakistan in a training in England on citizenship education and community engagement. After completing her studies, she did a training course on gender, masculinity and campaign designing. At PRIED, her work explores connections between climate change, fossil fuel-based power generation and their impacts on marginalised communities in general and women in particular. She also works with the Parliamentary Forum on Energy and Economy to coordinate, expand and promote its work.
